Make your own fresh stuffed pasta!
Beautiful original recipes, full of flavour. Elena will guide you on the technique of making and cooking your own stuffed pasta. She will advice you on different types of sauces to accompany your pasta.
The stuffing comes in many different varieties: meat, cheese, vegetable and seafood. With the basic technique for preparing fresh pasta and a little imagination in the choice of stuffing, unique and tasty dishes can be made. Stuffed pasta that will appear to everyone!

- The cooking course consists of the chef demonstrating how to prepare and cook the recipes presented.
