It is 1993 and Elena is looking for a way to get Montrealers in a mood for cooking. Her daughter, Cristina, suggests to rent a space at the ‘Salon de L’Habitation’ to represent the Dante Hardware store (the family run store that sells kitchenware). So, together with her pasta machine, Elena starts to offer demonstrations on the beautiful art of making fresh pasta.
More and more people start to attend Elena’s pasta demonstration.
