Who doesn’t like the comforting smell of fresh baked bread? If the idea of making your own homemade bread inspires you, Marc-André Cyr, itinerant baker will guide and advise you with delicious and simple recipes.

- Basic white bread
- Raisin whole wheat bread
- Challah (egg bread)
The course $90
- Course duration of 2:30
- The cooking course consists of the chef demonstrating how to prepare and cook the recipes presented.
- A meal, accompanied by a glass of wine, will be served at the end of the course

Thank you Marc-André Cyr and Elena for another great class at Mezzaluna. My daughter and I attended the class this morning. What a treat to listen and watch somebody so passionate & knowledgeable about a subject. And the spread that Elena put out for lunch after….delicious. Can’t wait for bread 201!
