
Cherry clafouti

Ingredients
150 gr all-purpose flour
2 beaten eggs
100 gr icing sugar
250 ml milk
300 gr pitted sweet cherries
Grated zest of 1 lemon
Method
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Butter a 9-inch round baking dish.
In a bowl, make a well with flour, add in the center, eggs, sugar, milk and zest.. Mix well until batter is smooth.
Fill mold in two third. Distribute cherries on the surface of the mixture and put in the oven 40 minutes.
